Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential HVAC service calls and diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Educate homeowners on system performance, repair options, maintenance, and pricing.
• Document completed work, obtain approvals, and collect payment when applicable.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.
• Install or replace residential HVAC systems and components as needed.
