As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead the team in performing all levels of HVAC system installation, including but not limited to, furnaces, air-handlers, condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, refrigeration line sets, high and low voltage electrical circuits, ductless split systems, condensation lines, supply and return airduct systems, registers, thermostats, venting, natural gas and propane. You will also train and mentor HVAC Apprentices and Installers to help build a successful team.
The starting salary fo r this opportunity range is listed . Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
