Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with additional training and 2+ years' experience in HVAC
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must possess valid licensing/certifications as required by governing laws
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
• Proficient reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigerant/duct systems

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction
• Inspect and service equipment, identify problems, and prevent breakdowns
• Handle parts delivery/return and paperwork accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professional conduct
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures
• Stand by for on-call shifts and flexible hours
