Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years experience.
• EPA and safety certifications as required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities on HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous and timely manner.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Document call details and parts used; ensure accurate paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch and customer to ensure status updates.
