Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent education
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment
• Maintain equipment and identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns
• Repair and replace defective components in various HVAC systems
• Provide clear status reports to customers before, during, and after service calls
• Lead Level I technicians through hands-on troubleshooting steps
• Document billing, timecards, and parts usage in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work area
