Job summary

Aquarius Home Services is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling equipment while delivering exceptional customer service in Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will perform routine maintenance, communicate clearly with customers and uphold our 5-star standards in a fast-growing home service company.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience, refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license; comp cards are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling equipment with excellent customer service.
• Perform repair or routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Explain work performed and recommend additional solutions to customers.
• 2+ years experience, refrigerant certification; comp cards are a plus.

What you will be doing:

• Perform diagnostics, trouble shooting and repairs for heating and cooling equipment while providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.
• Perform repair or routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Communicate with customers, presenting recap of work performed as well as other solutions that are in line with issues shared by the customer.
• HVAC License and or local certification requirements
• 2+ years experience , Refrigerant certification, Comp cards are a plus.
