Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Maryland. You’ll run your own truck, diagnose issues, educate customers, and deliver 5-star service while maintaining safety and codes.

You’ll troubleshoot residential systems, provide accurate quotes, manage parts and payments, mentor apprentices, and participate in on-call rotation. A valid EPA license and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis and repair with own truck.
• EPA Universal license required (we can help you obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on performance, maintenance, and upgrade options.
• Generate accurate quotes, process payments, and document work.
• Maintain truck inventory and coordinate with dispatch/parts.
• Mentor HVAC apprentices and support their growth.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience and ensure codes are met.

Qualifications
