Bartlett Heating & Cooling in Marietta, GA is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in workmanship and in customer service. You’ll perform maintenance and service calls across a small service area, spot issues, and present homeowners with clear options.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license + acceptable driving record
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Must live within 30 miles of our shop in Marietta
• Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces & Georgia weather

Responsibilities

• Take great care of the customer and perform thorough maintenance & service calls
• Spot problems and opportunities during service visits
• Provide homeowners with clear, honest options and explanations
• Earn the repair when it’s the right solution
• Know when to bring in a Project Manager
• Make a great handoff and communicate effectively
• Monitor performance and continue improving results
