• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Communicating clearly with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
• Keeping your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Completing paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participating in the on-call rotation.
• Maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
• Following safety standards and company procedures.
• Attending training to sharpen your technical and customer skills.
• Maintaining required licenses and certifications (or being willing to obtain them; we’ll help).
