Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems for customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will educate homeowners on repair and replacement options and deliver exceptional service, building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Active Texas TDLR Registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Berkeys' quality standards.
