Job summary

West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Technician to join our devoted team in Milwaukee. Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $120,000 annually plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and uncapped profit-sharing potential.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience and a valid US Driver’s License. The role includes cleaning, repairing HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety compliance, all while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and regulations.
• Engage with customers about issues and solutions.
