Job summary

West Allis Heating is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Wisconsin. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year with uncapped profit-sharing potential.

The schedule is 4-10s, Monday through Friday, with benefits including comprehensive health coverage and matching 401(k). Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of HVAC service experience, a valid US driver’s license, and must pass

Qualifications

• 1-year HVAC Service Technician experience required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug test and background check as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems—air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in Service Titan trade software.
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services.

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
