Job summary

West Allis Heating in Milwaukee is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team. You will install equipment to safety and manufacturer standards and participate in site pre-measurement.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $28–$40 hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a company vehicle, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.

Sign-On Bonus Details:25% after 90 days, $1000 a month for each month after until complete.

Pay:$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
