Central Air, LLC. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Brookfield, CT to service residential systems and educate customers on options.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime. Eligible candidates receive a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 2 weeks PTO, holidays, a company vehicle, and access to Lennox training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
• Work efficiently during standard hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
