Brookside Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The role requires independently installing furnaces and condensing units (with a helper) and delivering top-tier workmanship and customer service. Travel within NH, MA, and ME is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate with clients about the condition of their HVAC systems
• Offer personalized solutions based on the client’s unique needs
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair, maintenance, or replacement opportunities
• Perform and document all necessary testing during maintenance visits
• Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management
• Guide clients through their options to help them make informed decisions
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
