Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., seeks an HVAC Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on technical and investment decisions by offering multiple options and solutions during in-home service calls. Earn $24.00–$32.00 per hour with potential additional compensation for equipment and IAQ product sales.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in HVAC.
• EPA Type 2 certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients by servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and components.
• Explain services and repair options to customers; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Test systems after service to ensure proper operation and first-time fix.
• Inspect systems to prevent future breakdowns; complete all paperwork on invoices.
