Job summary

Pace Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service commercial HVAC systems and some residential work in the Corvallis/Albany area. The role includes diagnostics, maintenance, and on-demand service calls, with dispatch from home and a take-home company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has HVAC experience, EPA 608, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for training and advancement including NATE certifications. A supportive team and strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification.
• Low Voltage license - Desired.
• Willingness to attend training classes and seminars including NATE Certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Commercial HVAC service with some residential as needed.
• Annual / routine maintenance.
• Diagnostics, service, and repair work.
• Dispatched to on-demand service calls to our commercial customers.
• Completing all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed.
