One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to perform service calls in the Pompano Beach, FL area. Technicians educate customers on repair or replacement options and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have two or more years of successful experience as a Service & Repair Technician in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Type 1 and 2 required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Background in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with technical excellence.
• Test systems after service or repair.
• Inspect systems to prevent future breakdowns.
• Explain services and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and write recommendations on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team when appropriate.
