Job summary

Ambient Enterprises, a leading HVAC service provider, seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and startup equipment across Wilmington, Philadelphia, King of Prussia and South NJ. You will troubleshoot complex HVAC and control systems, train customers, and coordinate with project teams on field changes.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC servicing, strong customer service, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing HVAC systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to participate in On-Call Rotation.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC and control systems.
• Provide field recommendations for retrofits or upgrades.
• Coordinate with Service/Project managers and subcontractors.
• Provide sketches of field changes for engineering corrections.
• Perform startup and train customers on HVAC equipment and control systems.
