Job summary

First Mate Heating & Cooling is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join KC's top home service company. You will address HVAC concerns for homeowners, thoroughly check systems, and present clear upfront options.

We offer top pay for high performers, uncapped commissions plus bonuses, fully stocked take-home vans with gas cards, and Nexstar/technical training. EPA/NATE certification and a valid driver’s license with residence within 45 minutes of the office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC preferred.
• EPA Certification required; NATE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Address HVAC concerns for homeowners.
• Thoroughly check the entire HVAC system for the customer.
• Provide clear upfront options.
• Listen to the customer and provide suggestions to improve the system.
• Complete repairs.
• Complete paperwork.
