Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations.
• Perform complete system change-outs and upgrades.
• Verify proper sizing, ductwork adjustments, and electrical connections.
• Oversee job flow from start to finish.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
