Ruby Mountain HVAC-R in Northern Nevada is seeking an Experienced HVAC Service Technician for residential and light commercial systems. This full-time, year-round on-site role offers a pay range of $35.00–$50.00/hour (DOE) plus performance bonuses and on-call pay.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The role requires diagnosing, servicing, maintaining HVAC equipment, and communicating clearly with customers.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on field experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and diagnostics.
• EPA Universal Card required (OSHA 10 or able to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Strong electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities; ability to read wiring schematics and technical service manuals.

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, mini-splits, and packaged rooftop units).
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, airflow, ignition, control, and refrigerant circuit issues.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: EPA Universal Card required (OSHA 10 or able to obtain).
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Technical Skills: Strong electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities; proficiency reading wiring schematics and technical service manuals.
• Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, navigate roofs and crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
