Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues in residential settings
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management
• Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
