Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. Join a 100% employee-owned family of companies with a strong benefits package and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Work is full-time in Raleigh, NC, with an emphasis on customer service, safety, and quality workmanship across our service operations. On-call availability and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant experience in service work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Certifications or licenses relevant to trade preferred.

• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.

Standard Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.

Position Summary

The Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.


• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
