Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island Journeyman HVAC License (PJ2 and/or RJ2).
• 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience.
• Clean, insurable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• EPA Universal Certification and familiarity with major brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide clear recommendations on every call.
• Work independently while being fully supported by a strong team.
• Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing.
