CARJON Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer in Rhode Island to join a stable, established team with 35+ years in the industry. You will install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, communicate professionally with homeowners, and maintain a safe, organized job site.

The role offers weekly pay, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, a company vehicle and phone, and ongoing training for career growth within a respected local company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• PJ2 and/or RJ2 license required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field.
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate.
