Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for the Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming territory. You can live anywhere in the territory or relocate with assistance.

You’ll be the go-to expert keeping mission-critical facilities comfortable year-round, diagnosing and repairing RTUs, chillers, boilers, and building controls. A stocked service vehicle and company tools support your daily work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (union journeyman card preferred).
• Solid troubleshooting skills on chillers, boilers, pumps, VFDs, and building automation systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification; valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, sequence-of-operations, and blueprints.
• Strong customer-service mindset and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; carry out repairs.
• Service and repair RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and related components.
• Document findings, parts used, and labor in our Clientele work-order software.
• Communicate professionally with facility stakeholders to explain work performed and next steps.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
