Job summary

Tolin Mechanical is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming team. You’ll work on commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls, performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics while collaborating with experienced techs to deliver reliable comfort for clients.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in commercial service, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain required licenses and

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal English skills.
Minimum 5–8 years of commercial service experience.
Must have or be able to obtain required licenses.
Ability to gain union membership.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
Service rooftop units, boilers, VAVs, and controls.
Repair and optimize air handling and fan coil units.
Collaborate with senior techs to resolve complex problems.
Document service actions and communicate with customers.
