The Role

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and guide customers in making informed decisions by providing an outstanding customer experience.

What Will I Do?

• Complete service, tune-ups, and inspections safely and professionally
• Follow work directions courteously from dispatchers
• Accurately fill out service invoices and complete closeout processes
• Maintain communication with internal teams
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Complete all required paperwork properly
• Participate in training to develop professionally
• Be available for on-call service rotation

Do I Have What it Takes?

• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation
• EPA 608 Certification Type 1 & 2
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• NATE Certifications (Core and 2 specialties) preferred
• At least 2 years of troubleshooting and repair experience
• Basic industry tools
