Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Electrical is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will support customers, coordinate with the team, and contribute to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Understanding of applicable building codes and trade standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of mechanical trade materials, methods and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
• Perform planned maintenance per service agreement.
• Order materials timely and ensure delivery to the job site.
• Conduct warranty services on installed HVAC equipment.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members working with you.
• Possibility of taking on-call rotating night/weekend schedules (not expected soon).
• Maintain a safe and healthy worksite by following safety protocols.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs, progress and concerns, ensuring excellent service.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for understanding, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• You will perform planned maintenance per the agreement with customers.
• You will work to ensure materials are ordered timely and delivered to the job site.
• You will conduct warranty services on installed HVAC equipment.
• HVAC Service Technicians provide guidance to less experienced team members that are performing work with them.
• There is the possibility of taking on-call rotating night/weekend schedules (although we do not expect this in the near future).
• Maintaining a safe and healthy worksite environment is of utmost importance. HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for following safety protocols.
• The ability to communicate with customers regarding repairs, progress, and concerns is part of the role, as providing exceptional customer service is essential.
