Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C and Electrical is seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will install HVAC systems, coordinate material orders and scheduling, and collaborate with teammates to meet project goals and deadlines.

You will adhere to specifications, drawings, and submittals, ensuring compliance with codes and standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of applicable building codes and trade standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of mechanical trade materials, methods and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for understanding and installing HVAC projects.
• Work to ensure materials are ordered timely and resources are scheduled.
• Collaboration with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to specifications, drawings, and submittals, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthy worksite environment and communicate project progress to customers.
• HVAC Installers provide guidance to less experienced team members.

KeyResponsibilities:
