Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience on owner‑direct work preferred.
• Universal Refrigerant certification required.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel.
• Ability to pass drug screen and physical; adapt to fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, boilers, burners, and pumps.
• Work on a rotating on-call schedule across multiple industries (industrial, commercial, healthcare, etc.).
• Operate within the terms of a collective bargaining agreement and uphold safety standards.
