Qualifications

• 6+ months HVAC experience is required.
• Experience working with your hands, such as personal automotive projects or woodworking.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support team members while delivering world-class customer service.
• Follow established diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and quality control procedures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC/R systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.
