Howell Chase Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for certified and experienced HVAC technicians!

The Right Candidate Must Have The Following

• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair HVAC-related problems.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Service and maintenance experience on residential and some light commercial equipment.
• Ability to present and promote beneficial products and services to customers.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Knowledge and experience with selling IAQ products and equipment.
• EPA certification.
• Proficiency with current technology (Inverter drive/variable speed heat pumps).
• On-call after hours service rotation (5-6 weeks per year).
• Team player with a drive for achievement and self-improvement.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and innovate.
• Emotional strength, positive attitude, high empathy, and emotional control, especially in stressful situations (may require overtime, night, or weekend hours).
