What We're Looking For

• 3+ Years of HVAC Technician Experience: Experience with heating and cooling systems is essential.
• Valid Driver's License & Insurable Driving Record: Reliability and safety are key, as you'll be driving to job sites.
• Universal EPA Certification: Required for handling refrigerants.
• HVAC Technical School Certificate: Completion of a formal training program is necessary.
• Ability to Read Wiring Diagrams & Blueprints: Troubleshooting and system design experience is a plus.
• Experience with a Wide Range of Equipment: From heat pumps to gas furnaces and air conditioning units, broad knowledge is valued.
• Hands-On Repair & Replacement Experience: Ability to make sound decisions for repairs and system replacements.
• Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning Experience: Prior experience with these systems is preferred.
• NATE Certification: Not required, but support for certification is available.
• Tools: You must have the necessary tools for the job; assistance will be provided as needed.
