• Working in conformance with all company, customer, and government safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.

• Inspect assembly and installations for conformance with required specifications by using measuring instruments and reference material.
• Handling and organizing required tools and materials in preparation of installation.
• Organizing and cleaning work areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Wearing and maintaining all required safety equipment required for job.
• Ability and willingness to be on-call nights and weekends as required by department manager.
• Ability and willingness to travel to local as well as remote locations (out of town or out of state) for short and/or extended periods of time.
• Show initiative and independence. Must be able to work alone most of the time.

Description

The service technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, calibrating and troubleshooting HVAC systems for our customers including installation and service of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and related systems in industrial and commercial applications, in accordance with industry standards while maintaining a safe work environment. May also include preventive maintenance service, emergency service and project services, as assigned.

Physical Demands And Work Environment
