What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot systems for performance and efficiency issues
• Clear condensate lines and inspect system drainage
• Respond to occasional emergency service calls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
• Accurately document work performed and complete service reports
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all code requirements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of HVAC service experience

Universal EPA Certification (required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Clear, professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)

Must pass background check and drug screening

Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule (nights / weekends, limited)
