Key Responsibilities

• Remove and install HVAC parts and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment
• Prepare accurate repair estimates
• Educate customers on HVAC solutions
• Perform system maintenance
• Mentor junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes
• Assist with other tasks as needed

• EPA certification or willingness to obtain it

Requirements
