Responsibilities include:

• Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections, including a Health and Safety Checklist, and communicate findings to customers.
• Perform HVAC repairs and replacements according to applicable codes.
• Complete all required documentation and handle fees appropriately.
• Order necessary parts and ensure readiness for service appointments.
• Submit purchase orders to dispatch or purchasing teams.
• Transport tools and materials, maintaining proper inventory of tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred.
• NATE certification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Knowledge of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct system issues.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to use a computer tablet or smartphone for navigation.
• Valid driver’s license and approval to drive under company insurance.
