SAM Service, Inc. seeks a Service Technician for an in-person role in Atlanta, GA. You start from home and operate a company vehicle, performing troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.

You will use a company iPad to document work orders, coordinate with dispatch, and provide professional customer service. EPA certs are preferred, with benefits including health and retirement plans and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance or repair is required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong technical and electrical skills; able to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and random testing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Start your day from home in a fully equipped company vehicle
• Get paid from the moment you start your engine (Port-to-Port Pay!)
• Use a company-provided iPad to manage work orders and documentation
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer support
• Focus on service—not sales. Our office team handles quotes, parts, and billing

What We’re Looking For
