Job summary

ServiceOne (a Holt company) is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment at customers' homes and businesses. You will apply problem-solving skills, deliver strong customer service, and participate in ongoing manufacturer training.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred, and compliance with safety policies on job sites across varied weather conditions.

What You Will Do:

• - Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• - Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• - Maintain strong customer service
• - Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• - Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What You Will Bring:

• - 3-5 Years Residential HVAC service experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• - Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• - Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• - Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• - Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• - Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
