Job summary

ServiceOne, a Holt company, in Dubuque, IA, is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning equipment while delivering strong customer service. You will attend manufacturer trainings and follow safety policies as part of a collaborative team.

Valid driver’s license is required, and 3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred. Screening includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 Years Residential HVAC service experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
