Job summary

ServiceOne is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems, delivering reliable comfort to customers in Dubuque, IA.

You will engage in hands-on technical work, attend manufacturer trainings, maintain strong customer service, and adhere to safety policies while supporting a collaborative team on projects and installations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years Residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, and repair heating and air conditioning equipment

What You Will Bring

• 3-5 Years Residential HVAC service experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
