Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service the Acree way: Positive, Passionate, and Professional
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance
Communicate clearly and proactively with customers about repairs, timelines, and next steps
Maintain accurate records of time, work completed, and materials used
Keep your service vehicle organized and stocked for maximum efficiency
Follow company procedures for purchasing, recycling, and inventory management
Stay up to date with product knowledge and service offerings

What We’re Looking For

Solid knowledge of residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance

Compensation

$120,000 – $180,000 annually (commission-based)
