Job summary

Key Heating and Cooling in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. The role offers a pay range of $28.00–$32.00 per hour, with bonuses and commissions and potential earnings over $100,000 annually.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call rotation. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, paid time off, holidays, and more, plus training with Carrier and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Pay: $28.00 - $ 32.00 per hour + Spiffs / bonuses and commission, potential earnings $100,000 + annually

What We're Looking for:

• 3 + years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification

• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Advanced customer service skills
• Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desired
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
