Job summary

All Seasons Inc in Tacoma, WA seeks an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and advise homeowners on IAQ solutions.

Training to obtain NATE certifications and electrical trainee hours is provided. Carrier Authorized Dealer with pay $30–$45/hour plus bonuses; benefits include medical, PTO, holidays, uniforms, and take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Electrical trainee card with documented hours.
• 06A or 06B license - desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to scheduled service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and annual inspections.
• Advise homeowners on indoor air quality products and solutions.
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers.

HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview:

Running Service and Maintenance calls on residential and light commercial equipment. We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A/B License.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour + Spiffs

Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Respond to scheduled service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and annual system inspections
• Advise homeowners on indoor air quality products and solutions
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems
• Universal EPA Certification
• Current electrical trainee card with documented training hours
• 06A or 06B Electrical License - Desired
• Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Familiar with standard sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques
• Understanding of air balancing methods and airflow optimization
• Working knowledge of local city and county mechanical and installation codes
• Certification of completion from trade school - desired
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
