Position: HVAC Service Technician

Full-time, year-round, permanent position offering up to $35/hour DOE + excellent benefits.

Location

New York City, based at 39 Broadway, servicing the immediate area for commercial clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial high-rise customers in NYC.
2. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
3. Mentor apprentices on proper procedures.
4. Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and communicate delays to customers.
5. Work independently and as part of a team.
6. Document repairs using electronic tablets and Build Ops software.
7. Maintain stock, tools, and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience.
• Ability to braze/solder and read electrical diagrams/blueprints.
• Work on interior package units up to 30T.
• Lift/carry 50+ lbs.
• Climb ladders.
• Valid EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to travel daily to 39 Broadway NYC.
• Pass background and drug screening.
