Job summary

Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to service Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex, Litchfield, New London, and Windham counties. Base pay ranges from $35.00 to $55.00 per hour with incentive pay up to $60 per hour, no cap on earnings.

You’ll diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems, participate in on-call rotation, and benefit from industry-leading compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
• Perform annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.
• Deliver superior customer service experience.
• Work efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

General Responsibilities:

Requirements:
