Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential and commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to ride along with apprentice trainees and coach them.
• Proficient in pricing, writing estimates and closing bids.
• Willingness to work on-call schedule.

  We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and a MINIMUM of 5+ years experience in the following areas (residential & commercial):
  

• Residential service experience
• Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade
• Price and write estimates, and close bids
• Communicate with customers and property managers
• Willing to work on-call schedule
