What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential + light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install systems with an eye for quality and efficiency.
• Help customers stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and impressed year-round.
• Keep your van and workspace clean and organized (we run a professional shop).

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install)
• You can troubleshoot and fix without babysitting
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and respectful of customers
• You can lift 50 lbs and handle ladders, attics, and crawlspaces
• Bonus if you've used ServiceTitan, but not required
